Are e-cigs and e-juice affected by the ban on mailing tobacco?

Just wondering, because I would hate to get my family members who need to give up smoking, started on this style of smoking only to have the suppliers be unable to get the replacement supplies sent to my mom and my husband. The way I figure it it shouldn't be affected right? Because it's not a true tobacco cigarette? Not sure sure on the e-juices though. Also do they make a non-nicotine flavored juices? Thanks in advance for your thoughts and advice. I smoked for many years and managed to quit five years ago and know how hard it is to give up this habit.

e-cigs and e-juice are not the tobacco products, so they will not be banned, even though they issued the ban on mailing tobacco. but the ban on mailing tobacco will increase the sales of the e-cigs and e-juice.
