Anyone tried a Luci???
I was out in the Bay Area & saw someone smoking inside a popular bar. I asked him what it was & he told me a 'Luci' I asked him about it & he told me he got one locally & told me about the website myluci.com I went there, checked it out for myself & it looks very interesting. I was wondering if anybody else had one or how it compares to the others listed: Ruyan, Smoking Everywhere, etc.
I liked the sleek black look & the one I saw in the bar had a blue light instead of a red one. It works pretty much the same, from what ive seen, as the ruyan but was wondering if anybody else had anything on the Luci.

Let me know, thanks

RE: Anyone tried a Luci???
I have the Luci on the way in the mail actually along with the greensmoke product and blucigs. I'll be adding those product reviews under the review tab on epuffdirect.com - I've alread reviewed the smoking everywhere product and the smoke 51 electronic cigarette. You can read those reviews there right now. FYI stay away from the Smoking Everywhere product.

I have used my Smoking Everywhere for the last 9 months and I love it.
Every time I had a problem I contacted the customer service and they helped me right away if it was a replacement part or additional battery they were awesome to work with.

So I'm curious why you say stay away from their products?

RE: Anyone tried a Luci???
I don't recommend Luci. I am not only unimpressed with the product, but with the general standard of customer service. Luci claims that it's e-cig lasts a day; it doesn't. I'm a moderate puffer, and the battery was all out of juice in less than 4 hours. The alternate battery didn't work at all, despite being fully charged. I eventually returned the batteries (at my expense of course). I had to send multiple emails and make many attempts to call Luci to find out whether they'd received the batteries. My frustration with the customer service led me to just give up on the product altogether. To get a confirmation of the process to return the product was another exercise in frustration/unresponsiveness from Luci. Eventually, I got hold of a Luci rep who told me that (a) nothing was wrong with the batteries; and (b) yes, they would refund me, but less a $35 'stocking fee'! Frigging outrageous. I paid $107 for the starter kit, so I've ended up paying $35 to smoke roughly two cartridges out of 25!! So folks, I would stay away from Luci if I were you, save yourself the hassle.

RE: Anyone tried a Luci???
I recently purchased the Luci starter kit and I am very impressed by it. I had bought an "e-cig" prior to this and I still wanted the feel of a cigarette. The luci is closer to the feeling of a real cigarette and you get your nicotene fix. I have stopped smoking for a week and could not have done it without the luci. I bought mine at the local mall and they are set up in a few stores around columbus so I have not had the customer service issue. I also am a moderate smoker and my battery lasted up to 2 days, so maybe he just got a bad one. Hope this helped.

RE: Anyone tried a Luci???
I recently ordered a starter kit from Eluma. It looks a lot like Blu and I've seen some posts about the good taste. Does anyone have any info regarding Eluma?
