I saw a show called the Dr.'s and they talked about the electronic cigarette being the top 10 health trends for 2009 and the Dr.s liked the electronic cigarette because it does not have all the harmful chemicals and cancer causing agents like cigarettes do. The latest and greatest E-Cig is called . I have been smoking cigarettes for about 17 years and have finally found a way to quit without actually quitting. You get a good throat hit, you don't have to bother with liquids and the customer service was great! I posted a short clip of me smoking it.

I have friends who use their electronic cigarette to cut down on regular smoking. Some go on to quit and others just manage to cut down. They are (FDA) currently trying to ban e cigarettes due to nicotine been a drug but I hope they fail as e cigarettes helped me to quit smoking after 25 years of heavy smoking.

I am very much stupefied because I had never known about the electronic cigarette in my life. However, everybody knows the fact that smoking is injurious for the health. On the other hand, none of the endeavors has been absolutely success until now. Rather the worst thing is even doctors are chain smoker. I can easily speculate that it is all because of addiction. One can endure death but cannot wait smoking.
