Intense cravings for tobacco cigs?

It seems that in the evening and night I get really intense cravings for analogs. How do you keep yourself from slipping? If I smoke analoges long enough I get terrible migraines, but that hasn't stopped me in the past. Xpower900 Any suggestions? Thank you

Typically the flavors that are offered would be tobacco, menthol, vanilla, chocolate, strawberry depending on the E cigarettes brand.
